From the Mouth of New York

Some words of wisdom from Manhattanites upon hearing our news...

"Wow, How old are you?"
"You ARE showing, how far along are you?...You are going to be HUGE! Ha Ha Ha"
"Twins, you're moving out of the city right?"
"Have you looked into Rye, New Cannan, or Greenwich? If you do move to Greenwich, you'll have to put the kids in private school. But, you're probably planning on that anyway."
"So, are you looking for a two or three bedroom apartment?"
"You're going to need help. Have you started interviewing Nannies?"
"Where are you delievering? Oh...St Lukes's Roosevelt...That's nice."
"It's going to be hard to loose all that weight."

My Personal Favorites:
To Nicole: "That's weird you naturally conceived twins...no IVF. You're eggs must be old"

To Spen: "That's some strong sperm. Too much man for only one baby."

I especially like the last two comments, mostly because they are incredible accurate from a medical standpoint. Who knew Manhattanities are so medically savy. That's hilarious!

Those are hilarious. So have you found a three bedroom apartment, a nanny and a private school yet? If you haven't, you should probably get on that. Actually, you should tell those people that if they want it so bad, they could pay for it.

I'm excited to see you in a few weeks!

oh brother, people are so stupid when you're pregnant. Funny though at the same time.:) It was so fun to see you at Christmas!

Nice. You should make a little book of all the insightful questions and info you are getting! I can't wait to see you!

You should have told them it doesn't take IVF when your LDS, they just come in batches.

I love this. This is totally what they would say. :) It was SO GREAT to see you at the Women's Conference. Best of luck.
