We don't know of a better forum than a blog to announce big news, so here it is: We're expecting! And for the bigger news: We're having TWINS! The due date is mid June but as twins are usually early, we expect to have them around the beginning of May. We can't wait! (...or maybe we can...)

I wanted to make sure to congratulate you personally. What great and exciting news for you guys. We are really happy for you. Just be happy that your twins do not share the same last name as ours, because according to the Guinness Book of World Records the heaviest twins are... yes, McGuires.

I always get nervous when the doctor says he's going to make sure there's just one heartbeat. I couldn't imagine if he told me there were two! Wow, at least you have 9 months to prepare right? Congrats again, hope you start to feel better soon :)
