HAPPY late EARTH DAY

Central Park is so beautiful right now. Living in all this concrete gets a little tiresome and walking home through the park really lifts my spirits.
My earth day resolutions are:
  • Keep a grocery bag in my purse for when I stop by the grocery store on my way home from work...I'm pretty good at bringing my reusable bags when I come from home, butI  never have anything to use when I come from work.
  • Be a better "recycler". I get tired separating things out and making room in my tiny apt for 3 garbages...but I need to do my part to save mother earth.
Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.  Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.  The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.  ~John Muir

(I miss the mountains...)

I miss all the east coast GREEN! So gorgeous! I'm impressed you have actual grocery bags, I should do that too.
