Kate and I went to one of my favorite places in NY...Barnes and Noble at Lincoln Triangle. We waited to ask a clerk a question while she finished this discussion with her associate. Clerk 1: So, I got a call today from this lady.
Clerk 2: I hate getting calls.
Clerk 1: This woman called and asked for a non-fiction book on dragons.
The conversation ended, I went home with a warm feeling in my chest. Thanks again Barnes and Noble for making my day. I always have good experiences within your walls.
post script: If anyone knows of a non-fictional book on dragons, please comment.

Hey Nicole! I found your blog just recently and I've loved reading your posts and especially seeing your pictures. Your twins are so cute! I have a little girl that's five months old. I love being a mom!
On non-fictional dragons, I have a girl in my class at church that told me she really wants to write a book about dragons because they are misunderstood, so she may be able to help those store clerks out in the future.
(Just in case you don't recognize my married name - this is MaryAnne Tanner Hunter.)
Isn't the movie "Dragon Wars" a documentary? You might want to check into that . . .
